Safeguarding Statement

< Back to policies & procedures

Our practice is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people, and adults with care and support needs. We believe that everyone has the right to live free from abuse, neglect, bullying, exploitation, or harm.

All members of staff are trained to recognise safeguarding concerns and to respond appropriately. Any concerns raised will be managed sensitively, professionally, and in accordance with local and national safeguarding procedures.

Where there are concerns about a person’s safety or wellbeing, the practice may need to share relevant information with other organisations, such as social care services, the police, or healthcare professionals. This will only be done where necessary and in line with legal and professional responsibilities to help protect someone from harm.

Abuse or neglect can affect anyone, regardless of age, gender, ethnicity, disability, religion, or background.

If you feel unsafe, are worried about someone else, or would like support or advice, please speak to a member of our practice team. You can also contact:
