We would like to advise patients who have been asked to attend the practice to do so alone whenever possible. The Practice may have to limit the numbers of people within the building at any given time to comply with the governments safe distancing policy.
Please could we politely ask that family members or helpers remain outside of the building wherever possible unless the patient requires a carer or parent to attend with them.
Some patients may be asked to leave the building by a rear exit to avoid contact on the stairs. If you need to use the lifts we would ask that only 1 person travels within the lift unless you are a carer or a parent of the patient you are travelling with.
Patients are politely requested to wear a face covering whilst in the building please. If you do not have a face covering there will be a supply of masks available for you to take from our Reception Team and we would ask for a small donation to charity please.
