HOW TO NAVIGATE ENGAGE CONSULT
Where to find Engage Consult:
-Please visit the Windrush Medical Practice website:
www.windrushmedicalpractice.co.uk
-Select “Appointments” from the home page boxes
-Read the information on the page and follow the instructions on how to submit your request
Once on Engage Consult you must either:
-Continue with your NHS login details
-Create an account with Engage Consult
-Or continue as a guest</p>
Please select:
-If you are filling out the form on your behalf
-Or on behalf of someone else (e.g., friend, family member, person under your care)
Fill in their details and proceed as normal
Then:
-Complete the online questions as best as you can
-Press submit when you are ready to send
After submission:
-You will receive an email or text confirming that we have received your request
-We will contact you after reviewing your request either through Engage Consult, by email, text message, or by call
– If we contact you through Engage Consult, you will receive an email or text message to inform you that you have a message to read on Engage Consult
– You will be given a link to Engage Consult where you can view your message and respond if applicable
