Boots have withdrawn their repeat prescription ordering service. If they were doing this for you please order these direct from the Windrush Medical Practice Dispensary.
This can be done online using the NHS App (This is not the NHS Track and Trace App) but the NHS App you may have used to see your COVID vaccine status. (Look out for our new step by step video on how to use the NHS app).
If you are not able to use the NHS app please use the re-order slip provided with your medication or write the details of the medication you wish to order on a note and either pop it in our post box or hand it in to our dispensary.
If you know that your repeat prescriptions are managed as ‘Automatics’ you will not need to order. You can check this with our Dispensary if you are not sure.
