  • Hours: 37 hours per week – Monday to Friday
  • Salary: Negotiable depending on experience and skills
  • Holiday: 20 days annual leave (pro rata) rising per completed year to a maximum of 25 days

We are looking for a new Team Leader to join our rapidly expanding Patient Services Team; here at the Windrush Medical Practice, Witney.

We are looking for a new Team Leader to join our rapidly expanding team. Working alongside our current Team Leader, this role would be an exciting, fast paced role with responsibility for ensuring that the day to day organisation of the reception team runs smoothly. The role is varied and will require the applicant to deal with a variety of queries. The ability to keep calm under pressure is essential.

The Patient Services Team is made up of 18 staff members, including another Team Leader, a Deputy Patient Services Manager and a Patient Services Manager. You would be required to work closely with the current Management Team to ensure that the Team runs as efficiently and effectively as possible.

The Practice is a large organisation, and you will be expected to communicate efficiently with other departments, to ensure your team is providing support across the whole organisation and to provide day to day updates as necessary.

The ideal candidate would have a background in Primary Care or NHS work, as a large part of this role involves guiding and supervising the reception staff in carrying out their role.
