Hours: 37 hours a week (job share would be considered)
Salary: Negotiable up to a maximum of £10.00 per hour depending on experience and skills
Holiday: 20 days annual leave (pro rata) rising per completed year to a maximum of 25 days
Pension: You will be eligible to join the NHS Pension Scheme
This is an exciting opportunity working within both the Patient Services Team and the IT Team; here at Windrush Medical Practice, Witney.
We are looking for someone who is able to remain cool under pressure and to multitask on a daily basis. This role includes assisting in the smooth running of the recall system, ensuring that patients are called in for routine tests in a timely manner. The role also involves first line IT support, troubleshooting a wide variety of IT issues within the practice.
We are looking for someone who has experience in a similar role; has a can do attitude and is used to working in a fast paced environment. Previous Primary Care experience is desirable but not essential. Strong IT skills are essential. There is a twelve month probation period.
Absolute discretion is required in protecting patient confidentiality. The post-holder will be required to work flexibly and to offer extra hours to cover absences of other members of the team.
