In the main the comments that we receive are positive and we are always disappointed to receive negative feedback as we aim to provide an excellent service all of the time.

We are listening to the feedback you have been giving us and this is what we are doing…

  • One patient has commented that the instructions on the online prescription ordering service are incorrect, when a patient requires medication that is not on their repeat medication list.
  • We have amended the online message to allow patients the flexibility of being able to request non repeat prescription items. Please note the Doctor may decline to issue non repeat items, in this case you will need to contact the Practice.
