In the first instance we would recommend you register with the NHS app to order repeat prescriptions. It is easy to use and amongst other services, you can view all your medications and also it provides you with a barcode which will enable the pharmacy to locate your prescription easily.

If you are not registered with the NHS app, you can use this form to request any repeat prescriptions from the Practice.

Please allow 7 working days if collecting your prescription from a local pharmacy, and 5 working days if collecting from our on-site dispensary.

In future you may wish to consider registering for our Online Services. The Online Services system remembers which medications you are on and makes requesting repeat prescriptions faster and easier.
